Provides in-person and clinic-based virtual primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and care coordination for acute and chronic conditions.
What you'll do
- Deliver evidence-based primary and family care through in-person and virtual visits, including diagnosis and management of conditions.
- Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, injury and illness treatment, wellness services, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) and an active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.

Nice to have
- Experience with the EPIC electronic health record.

$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
