About the job
Provide in-person primary and family care at a Tucson HealthHub clinic, with clinic-based virtual visits when they do not interfere with in-person care.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, testing, and injury care.
- Conduct wellness services, chronic disease management, screenings, and coordinate care with other professionals.
- Handle clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.
What they ask for
- NP: Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted FNP license; or PA: qualifying master’s degree and current NCCPA certification with active unrestricted PA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- Complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to provide required clinical services and be physically present at the assigned clinic.

Pay
$37.66 - $81.11 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
