About the job
Provides clinic-based primary and family care at Dayton-area clinics, including in-person and volume-dependent virtual visits, clinical treatment, and clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling, testing, and injury and illness care.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits from the clinic, coordinate care, and support wellness and chronic disease management.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC national board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing; obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment and pass a respirator FIT test.
- Ability to provide evidence-based counseling, order and administer vaccines and injections, and be physically present at the assigned clinic.
Nice to have
- EPIC electronic health record experience; prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation for those with less than one year of provider experience.
- Experience with virtual-care assessments and clinical decision-making; familiarity with digital health tools and virtual communication technologies.
Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
