Provides evidence-based primary and family care through in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, while coordinating patient care and completing clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive counseling and screenings.
- Conduct in-person and virtual visits, diagnostic testing, injury and illness treatment, and coordinate care with other professionals.
- Manage clinic operations, including inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.

- NPs: accredited Family Nurse Practitioner master’s degree, current AANP or ANCC board certification, and active unrestricted state APRN license; or PAs: specified master’s degree pathway, current NCCPA certification, and active unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain upon hire.

Pay
$46.03 - $99.14 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
