Provides clinic-based primary and family care, including in-person and virtual visits, diagnosis and treatment, prevention, care coordination, and clinic operations.
What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based primary and family care.
- Provide in-person and clinic-based virtual care, preventive counseling, screenings, diagnostic testing, and care coordination.
- Handle clinic operations such as inventory, opening and closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection.

- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program and current AANP or ANCC board certification.
- Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing and active, unrestricted state APRN license.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ability to pass a respirator FIT test.
- DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment; ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure based on business needs.

Pay
$41.85 - $90.13 USD base pay (base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary)
