What you'll do
- Build a patient panel and provide adult primary care with support from preceptors and an interprofessional care team.
- Participate in clinical learning and didactic training designed to build on graduate education.
- Complete the fellowship and commit to at least one additional year of employment at Oak Street Health.

$112,000 USD base annual salary; $104,442.00 - $224,952.00 USD base annual full-time salary
