What you'll do
- Build a patient panel and learn through clinical preceptors and didactic instruction.
- Provide adult primary care in collaboration with an interprofessional care team.
- Work at Oak Street Health for at least one year after completing the fellowship.

Pay
$110,000 USD annual salary (base salary); $87,035.00 - $187,460.00 USD base annual full-time salary range
