Coordinates end-to-end open enrollment fulfillment and delivery, supporting retiree member experiences and related business initiatives.
What you'll do
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver open enrollment activities; manage inventory, delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Process fulfillment and enrollment kit orders and help improve processes and team efficiency.
- Coordinate virtual customer/member meetings with the Account Team and support cross-functional business goals.
