Leads continuous-improvement projects at a distribution center to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and labor and warehouse processes.
What you'll do
- Lead lean initiatives, kaizens, process design, and KPI improvements, including safety, quality, capacity, and material flow.
- Use operational data and systems to support problem-solving, dashboards, performance management, and labor and warehouse configuration.
- Plan and manage concurrent projects and site changes, coordinating stakeholders and traveling to other distribution centers 10% of the time.
