Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, improving performance, and delivering customer service at a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities; communicate information to crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans, and help manage sales, inventory, staffing, training, and finances.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service practices.
