Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with team members, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Support overall store management, including sales and inventory, staffing and development, and financial management.
- Help customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
