About the job
Supports the Store Manager in running a CVS/pharmacy store, leading store operations and staff while improving performance and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and help manage sales, inventory, staffing, training, and store finances.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS’s customer-service culture.
