Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicating information clearly and supporting staffing, training, and development.
- Support operational and service improvement plans, sales and inventory management, and store financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
