Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales, inventory, finances, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with team members and support their development.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and oversee store execution.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS’s customer-service culture.
