Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, and customer service.

- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to staff.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and lead store execution.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS’s customer-service culture.
