Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, financial management, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with the team, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Support store management, including sales and inventory, staffing, training, employee development, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
