Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, customer service, and sales and inventory management.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with staff, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service standards.
- Support overall store management, including staffing, training, development, sales, inventory, and financial management.
