Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, sales, inventory, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with the team, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service standards.
- Support overall store management, including sales and inventory, staffing and development, and financial management.
