Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, inventory and sales, financial management, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and service improvement plans and help manage staffing, training, and development.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service standards.
