Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, customer service, and sales and inventory management.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with the team, and support staff training and development.
- Support store operational and service improvement plans, including sales, inventory, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service standards.
