Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, improving performance and customer service, and managing the store team.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and promote CVS’s customer service culture.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
