Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, finances, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and service improvement plans, including store management, sales, inventory, staffing, training, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS customer service practices.
