Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, customer service, and sales and inventory management.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and service improvement plans and help manage staffing, training, sales, inventory, and finances.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
