Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, inventory and sales, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and store management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS customer service practices.
