Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, improving performance and customer service, and developing an effective store team.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicating information clearly and supporting operational and service improvement plans.
- Support store management across sales, inventory, staffing, training, employee development, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
