Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, customer service, and sales and inventory management at a CVS/pharmacy.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicating information clearly and supporting staff development.
- Support store operations and improvement plans, including sales, inventory, staffing, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
