Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, improving execution and performance, and providing customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and service improvement action plans and oversee store management areas including sales, inventory, staffing, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS customer service practices.
