Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, inventory and sales, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy location.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information clearly and timely.
- Support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement plans.
- Help customers resolve questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
