About the job
Supports the Store Manager in running a CVS/pharmacy store, leading store staff and operations while improving customer service and store performance.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with staff and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Support store management, including sales, inventory, staffing, training, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS customer service practices.
