Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, sales, inventory, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities; communicate with team members and support their training and development.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and help manage store sales, inventory, and finances.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service standards.
