Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, financial management, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and help manage staffing, training, sales, inventory, and finances.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS’s customer-service culture.
