Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans, and assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
- Help manage store execution, staffing, training, sales, inventory, and financial operations.
