Leads store operations and staff while supporting the Store Manager in improving performance, customer service, and consumer loyalty at a CVS/pharmacy location.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to crew and supervisors.
- Support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement plans, staffing, training, inventory, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS customer service standards.
