Leads store execution and performance at a CVS/pharmacy, supporting the Store Manager and promoting customer service and consumer loyalty.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with staff, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Support store operations, including sales and inventory, staffing and training, and financial management.
- Help customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS customer service practices.
