Leads store execution and performance, team operations, and customer service while supporting the Store Manager in operating a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to staff and supervisors.
- Support operational and service improvement plans, including sales, inventory, staffing, training, and financial management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service practices.
