Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, improving performance, and delivering customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with the team, and support staffing, training, and development.
- Support store management across sales, inventory, financial management, policy implementation, and operational improvement plans.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS’s customer service culture.
