What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and promote CVS’s customer service culture.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; support store management, sales, inventory, staffing, training, and financial management.
