Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, improving performance, managing the team, and delivering customer service at a CVS/pharmacy.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities; communicate information and support staff development.
- Support operational and service improvement plans, store execution, and sales and inventory management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
