Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy location.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with employees, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service standards.
- Support overall store management, including sales and inventory, staffing and training, and financial management.
