Supports the Store Manager in leading CVS/pharmacy store operations, team performance, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and help manage sales, inventory, staffing, training, and store finances.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service practices.
