Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, finances, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy store.

- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support the Store Manager with operational and customer-service improvement plans.
- Help customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
