Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, customer service, and sales and inventory management at a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information and lead by example.
- Support operational and service improvement plans, including staffing, training, financial management, and inventory management.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
