Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, finances, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy location.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and help maintain a productive team through leadership and training.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
