Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales, inventory, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate information to the team.
- Support operational and customer-service improvement plans and help manage sales, inventory, staffing, training, and finances.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service practices.
