Leads store execution and performance at a CVS/pharmacy, supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, customer service, inventory, and financial operations.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with the team, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promote CVS customer service practices.
- Support overall store management, including sales and inventory, staffing and training, and financial management.
