Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, sales and inventory, and customer service at a CVS/pharmacy.

- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities; communicate with crew and supervisors.
- Support operational and service improvement plans and manage store execution.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS’s customer service culture.
