Supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, team performance, customer service, sales, and inventory at a CVS/pharmacy store.
What you'll do
- Supervise and direct store crew activities, communicate with staff, and support operational and service improvement plans.
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS customer service.
- Support store management across staffing, training, sales, inventory, and financial operations.
