Leads store operations and staff in support of store management, while driving customer service, store performance, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate store crew activities, communicate with staff and management, and lead store operations when a manager is not onsite.
- Assist customers, handle customer relations issues, coach colleagues on service, and protect customer and patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise; support promotional and seasonal displays, signage, and inventory.
