Leads store operations and staff in support of store management, customer service, and merchandise presentation at a CVS/pharmacy location.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate store crew activities, communicate with staff, and lead store operations when a manager is not onsite, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers, address customer relations issues, maintain confidentiality, and coach colleagues on customer service.
- Price and stock merchandise and support weekly, promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
