Leads store operations and staff in support of store management, customer service, and store performance at CVS/pharmacy.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate store crew activities, communicate with management and staff, and lead the store when a manager is not onsite.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues, coach colleagues, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise and support promotional, seasonal, and off-shelf displays and inventory.
